I. General Provisions
- This Privacy Policy outlines how personal data of Users necessary for the provision of services via electronic means through the website www.trilllizo.pl/www.trilllizo.com (hereinafter: the Website) are collected, processed, and stored.
- The Website collects only the personal data necessary to provide and develop the services offered therein.
- Personal data collected via the Website are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter GDPR) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

IV. Types of Personal Data Processed

V. Period of Personal Data Processing
Personal data of Users will be processed for the period:
- When the basis for data processing is the performance of a contract – until the expiration of claims after its execution,
- When the basis for data processing is consent – until it is withdrawn, and after withdrawal, until the expiration of claims.
In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, and for periodic benefits and claims related to business activities – 3 years (unless a specific provision states otherwise).
VI. Sharing Personal Data
- Users’ personal data may be transferred to: entities associated with the Controller, its subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Controller, such as e-payment processing companies, courier/postal service providers, law firms.
- Users’ personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
VII. Users' Rights
- Users of the Website have the right to: access their personal data, rectify them, delete them, restrict their processing, transfer them, object to their processing, withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).

- The Controller will comply with or refuse the request promptly – within a maximum of one month from its receipt.
- Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing violates their rights and freedoms (GDPR).
